Comprehensive Design
The comprehensive design package is our largest - typically for anyone starting from scratch, with little to no existing design direction. This package is entirely customizable based on your needs, but can include space planning, working with a contractor to develop or update architectural design elements, furniture and decor sourcing, paint and hardware selection, or all of the above. We’ll work together to find a project plan that works best for you and your needs. Pricing varies by scope of project but is structured on an hourly basis, non-inclusive of any renovation costs.
This package is only available to clients in the Chicago area as it requires an in-person design consultation.
2D Room Concepts
These 2D concept boards are perfect for anyone with a good feel for their design style, but struggle with styling or finding pieces that together create a cohesive space. This service includes a virtual consultation to align on your style preferences and functional needs, followed by furniture and decor sourcing based on your budget. Please be prepared to provide accurate measurements of your respective rooms for space planning and product sourcing purposes. Pricing varies by scope of project.
Design Inspiration
Similar to the 2D room concept, we will begin with a virtual consultation but on this call, we’ll work together to try to identify your design style based on your aesthetic preferences. This consultation is followed by a mood board or a series of boards to help you visualize your style to get you pointed in the right design direction for your space. People rarely fit into one box when it comes to design preferences, so while basic, this package is meant to provide you with more than just a label (traditional, modern, etc.) so you know what you’re looking for.
Personal Styling
It happens - perhaps you’re hosting a special event or maybe you just keep trying to style your open shelving, coffee tables, entryways, the list goes on, and you aren’t sure why you aren’t loving it? This may be the smallest sourcing package, but it’s very personal. We’ll start with a consultation where we discuss your background, travels you may have had, and what’s important to you. Based on our conversation, I’ll get to work sourcing new, vintage, or antique decor to curate and style the space you want help with. I always say that the best homes feel collected, not bought - there are so many small businesses out there and little shops that only interior designers would ever know of, and this is my way of bringing these rare finds into your homes.
